I am a naturally skeptical person, and on top of that, I'm pretty frugal; so I hesitated having to put down a retainer. Mr. Borsky gave me an initial phone and office consultation at no cost, and even offered alternatives to the normal retained services contract, explaining that there were less expensive ways to proceed, although they could not be guaranteed to be less expensive when all was said and done.
