We worked with Rick to transfer a guardianship and conservatorship from another state to Virginia. He personally appeared for the hearing and made sure everything was done the way we wanted.

I relied on reviews here when choosing Rick’s team, so I want to share my experience, which was very negative. I had significant issues with their legal drafting quality, responsiveness, and preparation.The final straw for me was waiting nearly a month for answers to basic questions - only to receive a reply from the lawyer that appeared to be in ChatGPT response format, that restated the questions and offered no answers.
