Called and waited on hold to speak to somebody. Started by telling them that I got their office's information from my employer-sponsored legal plan through MetLife Legal Plans and they promptly hung up on me without saying a word. I started with that information so they could tell me if they no longer were in-network with MetLife. To just immediately hang up on a potential customer (rather than just tell me they no longer work with MetLife) is very disrespectful. I called this attorney to assist with probate & Will issues in regarding a family member. We had an initial conversation. He asked me to email him all of my documentation. I did that. He never called me back. After two weeks. I call his office. The receptionist answers the phone takes my name, email address, and phone number. She tells me he will return my call. A week later, still no call.

Rick is an excellent attorney! He is very patient, knowledgeable, and detailed in his work. He really does work with you at every step and we feel that we're in good hands with Rick. We definitely plan to continue to work with him on different matters.
