Mr. Miller, agreed he could handle a probate litigation case involving his senior client and a perpetrator. He collaborated with a corrupted court appointed attorney, to pursue the client trust instead. Causing missed statutes and other remedies surrounding his client's case. The client and family repeatedly asked Mr. Miller to request removal of the court appointed attorney and he would not. For four years he lied to his client. Shameful. Terrible lawyer will not fight for you. Will walk away halfway through probate and dosent care. I would not recommend him for anything.

I engaged the services of the Law Offices of Richard T. Miller to handle my FAA enforcement case. From the outset, it was evident that Mr. Miller lacked the competence necessary for such complex legal matters. Rude and offensively unprofessional. I spoke with Mr. Miller & his office telephonically about my case and then scheduled an appointment 2 days later. I then call them again when over 1/2 way there (a 50m drive in LA traffic). After being put on hold for several minutes, Mr Miller comes on the phone and tersely states "We don't handle that type of case, stop calling us" like I was stalking him.
