Richard Fink was the worse lawyer I ever worked with. He was almost impossible to get in contact with and I needed to remind him of the details of my case every time we spoke. Richard Fink and I agreed on a price for the preliminary hearing, however even before the preliminary he was telling me I needed to pay him more money. He is the type of lawyer who seems to want to get paid the most for doing the least amount of work, which in turn means your freedom and future is not a priority of his.
