Mr. Williams and his staff handled our home closing in 2012. We chose to use him again for another closing in 2015. We found Mr. Williams to be friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to explain everything. The filings were done promptly, and we received a nice follow up call after all was completed. Highly recommend this firm.
Mr. Williams and his assistant Amy are rude and very unprofessional. They did not keep their word or return phone calls. They wasted two weeks on a simple title search.and then refused to complete the job on the final day.They wasted my time. I went to a professional attorney and got the job done in one week.
