My husband honestly would have done a better job at representing himself. The lawyers for Rochdale Village , Inc ran circles around this guy, cut him to ribbons he was totally out of his depth with so little knowledge concerning Mitchell -Lama rules/laws. It was so bad that he even had the judge threatening criminal charges against my husband before court was even in session.
