I mediated recently in July of 2018. At the end of the session they have you pay in full. I never received a document a month later with the transcript. I called to obtain it and was told I couldn't have it even though I'm the one who hired them and paid. When I simply questioned why I couldn't have my transcript Ralph went on a yelling rampage and totally lost his cool.
