I received a letter from this office and decided to call for a consultation. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The receptionist answered the phone but did not allow me to fully explain my situation about my accident and that I was interested in transferring my case to them. Before I could finish speaking, he interrupted me and then hung up the call. I expected a more professional and respectful interaction, especially when reaching out for legal help.
