Morgan Holland is a money grubbing lawyer first. He took advantage of my friend to the tune of over $ 40,000.00 and she is still not divorced . This attorney dropped her as a client because she would not pay an additional $5,000.00 to get her court ordered spousal support from her husband. The process for my deceased fathers will came with expected delays and delays in my opinion that were not normal. I consulted with 3 other probate attorneys, under free consultations, and I feel, this is just my opinion, that there were some times during the process that mistakes were made. I've had time to clear my thoughts, about 2 years, in order to give a emotion free review. I can't recommend this lawyer. I would not have hired him.
