I hired Philip DeLuca to help me with my family law case for a custody hearing for my daughter. He took a $5,000.00 retainer years ago and never became the attorney on record. He simply took my money on a debit card and never represented me. I called countless times to get my money back and it never happened. At one point I was offered $1,000.00 which I declined. I was forced to use a court appointed attorney. One of the worst experiences of my life. Stay clear of this attorney.
Mr. DeLuca and his team are the best! They are committed to getting the best possible outcome for their clients. I have dealt with a few attorneys and their teams and I can honestly say that I have not came across a better practice.
