Attorney Peter Mendez took money from my senior dad for a will and a special needs trust for my disabled brother. I don’t think the estate was handled correctly at all. Heirs didn’t receive any paperwork on what was done or what money from the estate went to. Funeral costs never re-compensated. Did the $25k profit from selling property in TN get listed on IRS tax returns (doubtful)? They had no problem closing out Tn bank accounts and sending that money to Florida for the estate, but there’s still property in TN with $20k mortgage left on it.
