I found Paul and his staff to be very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. They set the proper expectations of cost and outcome in place and at the end of it all they were dead on. My wife and I had a wonderful experience on a situation that started off very stressful. Thanks again and you now have a client for life.
One of the most expensive firms I've ever dealt with. I think they purposefully prefer email communications to phone calls because they can charge more that way. Just to give you an idea of the price you will pay, they charge almost $29.50 for every email you ever send them. I would not hire them again, and I would certainly not recommend them.
