If you’re looking to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to save a house from foreclosure or you need to stop and auction on an emergency basis, look no further than Patrick L. Mead. Not only does he have affordable fees/rates, HE KNOWS THE LAW!!! From most a year I was trying to get a loan modification and then my mortgage company (Select Portfolio SPS) denied me for “unverified” income. What a crock. I had to file chapter 13. Highly recommended this law firm right near Derby Street.
