Went to this office today to have a testament sign and notary but they wouldn’t provide the service because the testament wasn’t written by their lawyer and they could be liable. My understanding is that a public notary’s job is to verify the identity of the signer and ensuring they are signing the document presented to him. This office is very uninformed!
