This firm is not who them claim to be. A flat fee of 3500 was paid to them for probate. They didn't even finish the case and the total is 3700 hundred dollars. I reported them to the bar and being that he had to respond he charged us over a thousand dollars. Taylor Simpson told me about a case in depth about an elderly client whom he was accused of over charging. I am trying to track the couple down so they can file a breach of contract. Sterling Kerr and his staff were by my family's side at our darkest time. We had had all our accounts and money frozen by an unethical debt collector. Sterling Kerr stole money from the trust account. I paid him an upfront flat fee for work. He did the work but then held the money and refused to give it back. Sterling doesn't return calls or emails and calls you when he feels like it. I highly recommend not using this firm.

I'm so glad that Sterling was my lawyer. He definitely knew what he was doing; I could tell that he has had plenty of experience in his field. In turn, this made me comfortable knowing that I was getting the best bang for my buck. Sterling and his staff were all so nice and accommodating to me. I can't wait to use his services again!

I am extremely disappoint with Sterling Kerr and his law firm as we retained him as our attorney and he was nice and seemed knowledgeable and always returned phone calls and seemed like he would really work the law suit. We even came up with a reasonable agreement and contract we both signed and paid him what was due. Now two years later nothing has happened; he didn't work on the case to push it through the court and he won't follow through on the contract and wants to change the agreement to get paid more.
