Worse lawyer and office ever, they don’t pick up the phone, (they have 3 lines), left a voice message to call us back, they never called back. My husband has a case with them, he already paid full amount, but in return he doesn’t get answers, also Olga Bychok mixed up details of our case with another person’s case. Office staff is unprofessional and unorganized, and Hatuna is always rude over the phone.
In July last year, an individual hearing on my case in immigration court was supposed to take place, but a day before it became known that it would not take place. After some time, a post appeared on the website of the court: No future hearings for this case. Olga Bychok then said that she could not help with this.
