I have referred many clients to Mr. Tooby over the years. He has been able to help even the ones with the most difficult cases, even after other lawyers had tried and failed to get relief. He developed and taught many of the techniques used in the criminal-immigration cross-over. He is also highly ethical and dedicated in his practice, which I admire greatly.
Unethical and extremely money minded. They ask for upfront fees without justifying the value. Most people who reach out are people who have already lost too much. They try to be vulnerable and honest with law firms hoping that they can get some receptive ears and sincere help. Unfortunately this firm is not one of them.
