I strongly suggest not retain this lawyer. Our firm had a very bad experience. We had a wonderful experience in the beginning and it turned to an extraordinary situation. He increased the rate. He provided information to the court without our approval and it is a false information. 強烈建議不能用這個律師。 一切就是錢第一位！未告知客戶情況下，竟然擅自決定， 提供錯誤資訊給法院。

I used Nizam's services for the sale of my property. Even though I came to him with only 15 days til closing, he still took me on and was very prompt in responding to me.
