I do not recommend Nicole Alvarez. She recommended me to overstay my Esta which lead me to 5 years ban and deportation. She never give any competent advice and she is very hard to reach via e-mail and phone.Nicole Alvarez is not taking any responsibilty of the advice she gave for me and my husband (to overstay) and when I had to go to ICE she was "not available". Even officers at the airport and *** told me that this lawyer is only wasting people money and time.

As a lawyer, I am constrained by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar in responding, however what this person is stating is not true and is attempting to blame me for her own decisions and mistakes. Unfortunately this person did not listen to my advice and since things did not turn out the way she wanted is now attempting to shift the blame. This review should not be published since it is completely false.
