Conveyor belt service. I wound up having to fight for myself on legal matters as it related to the purchase of my home by providing him with evidence and arguing that point with the seller of the property.
Nelson Kong is great. He is knowledgeable and responsive and with a very calming effect. He handled a wayward buyer with skill, and the deal that seemed impossible closed - thanks largely to him. I was asking for a brand name attorney who doesn't act/"work" like one, and was very pleased to be referred to him. I recommend him highly.

Nelson was okay to work with. He was always very responsive, but more reactive and didn’t really feel he offered any advice/guidance. Also did not review documents w us or even sit down w us during our settlement even though we were in his office.
I had a great experience working with Nelson to close on my first home! He helped make an overwhelming experience very smooth and painless. Prior to closing on my dream home, I was under contract for a home that fell through due to problems on the seller’s side. Nelson provided me with sound professional advice and thanks to him I did not end up in a bad situation.
