Thank you Krysti!!!!!!! I called this office after calling over 10 law offices in Lakeland, FL. I was so frustrated and had no idea what to do. I called this law office and a lawyer named Krysti answered the phone. She was amazing. She talked to me like a real person, down to earth. She made me feel like I had known her forever. I am so grateful for my attorney Krysti Monaco who helped me with my STD/LTD claim with my employer's insurance company. The insurance company was terrible to deal with and denied my claim but with her help in my appeal I was finally approved. She was wonderful and always kept me informed on my case.
