Two years of being drug around in order to get a chapter 13 dismissed. Couldn’t get calls back, we were bounced around person to person, the case was mishandled, forms were filled out incorrectly. We were told that a vehicle was put in to the paperwork and not to pay anything and I ended up having to pay over $700 in late fees to Honda due to M&M negligence.
