Two weeks after my father's death, my POA was revoked without as much as the courtesy of a phone call. Eventually, my POA was reinstated and Ostwald was terminated twice by my mother. He, however, refused to accept his termination and return my mother's files. It was not until he was mandated by the California State Bar to do so before he complied.
