This attorney was involved in the closing of my late grandfather’s home—hired by my mother, not me—and the experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. This office is an absolute disgrace. The attorney refuses to communicate with her clients. She denied her request to speak with us via phone or in person to clear up an issue that she had reading a survey. In this line of work a real estate attorney should be competent in reading surveys and plats, however, she is not. She was unable to comprehend that a .1 acre deeded portion of property being conveyed to a neighbor along the property line was not in the yard of the purchase property.
