Typically don't like giving negative reviews but in this case, it's almost a responsibility to share my experience with others. Simply put, when we pay a person or company for services, the least we expect is a baseline of competency, integrity, and professionalism. However, all three were somehow very lacking here. My case was not resolved, their guidance lacked credibility, and the most egregiously, they were unprofessional.
