Overcharged for every thing including time spent not responding emails which had questions but while I rarely received a response I was still charged. He rarely ever returned calls. Once payment was received it seemed all communication ceased. Questionable billing practice. Staff was non receptive and brushed you off as soon as payments received. No one should hire Michael Dyer Law firm. This lawyer is unethical and unprofessional. His goal is only to make a certain amount of money on your case. 20k or more! or else he will withdraw from your case. After he billed me $19k for only reviews of docs, no court appearance, no action taken on my case. he drags everything to 90 days then another 90 days then go on vacation. yet his invoice kept going up.
