If Google had the hospital pain ranking system, it would be higher, But alas, I'm capped at 5 stars, even though Mike deserves so much higher. He believed in me and my situation when no one else would, even though he didn't a take penny for his assistance, he helped me get resolutions in other ways and for that I am very much grateful.
