In the costliest negotiation meeting of my life, Matthew Martell made absolutely no effort to improve the terms of my divorce settlement. He made not a single counteroffer. Only because I spoke up for myself in the meeting did I get a reduction in alimony of 30%. This does not fit the ABA's mandate to act with "zeal in advocacy upon the client's behalf."
