POOR COMMUNICATION! Will take months and months to respond to a phone call or email, unless the subject is about money then you will receive a fast response ! However, in the beginning everything seemed to go fairly well but the middle and the end it was a very disappointing experience! Gubbins would often tell me to not lead with emotion but it seems that he does not set the same standards for his own actions.
