I never got pass the Client Relations Manager. First of all if I'm contacting you on a probate case why do I need the deed to start. I wasn't asked any other questions. I wish I could leave half a star, but that wasn't an option. If something doesn't change with the way things are handled this firm will not have any clients at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LAW OFFICES OF MATTHEW BASSINGER! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU KEEP YOUR HOME! THEY ALL ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. KARMA WILL COME STRIKE THIS BUSINESS FOR ALL OF THE WORNG THEY HAVE BEEN DOING TO ALL OF THESE FAMILIES THAT REALLY NEEDED THEIR HELP!
The law office of Matthew Baysinger is incompetent of responding to clients once they’ve received final payment. I trusted them to handle my case after my mother passed and they completely went unresponsive after they received the last payment. I have been attempting to contact them for over a year to discuss the next steps. Extremely unprofessional! Please look elsewhere!
