Our son was Baker acted (in our opinion wrongly), and the hospital wouldn’t allow us access, information, or any hope he’d be released. I found and called Mark Saturday afternoon at 4p. He filed an emergency petition Sunday morning, and our son was released to us by 2p Monday. If you have a similar situation and feel there’s nothing you can do, you can!!!! Mark and his firm are an absolute Godsend and his level of care, concern, and expertise are unmatched. THANK YOU MARK!!!
The absolute worst, steer clear. Charged us over 40k to get guardianship of our mother who was found incapacitated by 3 independent evaluators, Took over 6 months and we got no where. We eventually had to drop the case due to the astronomical legal fees. They never entered any provided records, we would have to remind them constantly of previous conversations which they charged us for each time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This is a terrible law firm with the worst follow up and incompetence. Do not use them as you will spend thousands of dollars going in circles. Audra is worthless and her team even worse with the lack of returning emails and calls. You will spend months and months on cases because they are a churn and burn and take on way too many clients then they can handle. Their website is a bunch of lies! Beware.

BEWARE - I called about a love one wrongfully Baker Acted and injured. Mark said he didn't do that. He works WITH the Baker Act facility as a collaborator. He makes you pay him to write a letter and the facility also gets paid. He is in collaboration with these wrongful Baker Act facilities for money and can be very, very rude about it.
