Alexis was terrible are responding to calls AND texts with questions. Paperwork and money order in hand and it took her a month to file it because she was sick. An OLD address was then used to mail it and we have yet to receive communication on if she has fixed it yet.

I'd rate zero if that was an option. Never once got to speak to the lawyer, billed $5,000 plus $1,600 more to file for work permit. No explanation of what the $5,000 was for but $1,200 to file for a work permit and $400 more for photo and fingerprints which they suggested going to the Nebraska State Patrol office to get fingerprinted. Would never explain these charges, would not give me copies of what had been filed so far, never received the itemized billing statement I asked for several times.
