Worst attorney ever. I can't even get them to tell me what happened with my case from 6 years ago. I have saved every email where they promised to answer me but did not. I have my emails where I tried for years to contact them and they refused to reply. Now it turns out this case against me wasn't dropped, wasn't resolved at all, and I cant even hire a new attorney because I can't get them to reply. Find someone else. Anyone else. No good. Was fired by judge and refused to return our money. Worse lawyer ever
Wish I could leave 0 stars!!! Where is this man at now? He was paid 4000 dollars and only showed up one time for court out of at least 7! Can anyone tell me where I can find him? You can’t do this to people and call yourself a decent “war veteran???”. This is sickening! Fixing to call Nashville on him tomorrow
I would not use this man... he isn't anything like his advertising says he is... he took $3500 from me, showed up late to court didn't do anything for me... then he didn't make my 3rd court date and didn't even notify me, I found out when I was in court without a lawyer to represent me... so I had to go work a different attorney... and Marcus lipham won't give me any of my money back... I'm going to report him, and fight for my money... SO I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT GO WITH HIM...
