Arcadia police advised not to use this law firm for it's illegal activity, per city ordances (obviously not a national law) to solicit on its building, sign post and in news paper, advising that it's not a matter of private property when you consider the city code violation for fireworks in Arcadia. Police have advised that other like business are being investigated for this kind of criminal activity as well.
