Was really looking forward to working with this law firm as I met one of the attorneys in person years ago and thought they'd be more professional than our previous immigration attorney. Sent an online request over a week ago with no response. Called on Tuesday told to call/text Mary at another number and did both- it's Thursday now and no communication. We are in an emergency situation, and can't wait over a week for a phone call back unfortunately. Red flag for us, and we are moving onto the next firm.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with KL Law. We recently consulted them for immigration-related questions and found the service to be severely lacking in professionalism and organization. Our appointment was scheduled for 4 PM, but we did not receive a call until we followed up with the front desk. To our frustration, the call was then delayed until 4:20 PM, despite our repeated reminders about the timing issue, reminded 4 times before the appointment to front desk staff.
