Didn’t have the experience so many others had. The attorney on the other side of the sale was difficult and felt Maimoon didn’t want to bother with him so there was a lot of chasing and following up. Additionally, there were some issues in the home inspection that he should’ve caught by doing his due diligence and didn’t, which left us having to replace our home HVAC system (on us too but ultimately fall on his as that’s part of what he’s paid for).
