Our family's experience after the passing of our parents has revealed mistakes and omissions made from this attorney and his office. After a person's passing, corrections cannot be made to any documents. Being our first time to deal with wills and trusts, we did not realize these errors prior to the passing of our parents. With followup meetings, Mr. Markham did agree to bear the cost of probate being that probate was only required due to negligence. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
We recently received estate planning, updated wills and trust advice and preparation of all the necessary documents from the law office of Lynn Markham in Crockett, TX. This was for both myself and my husband. We found Mr. Markham and his Assistant friendly and knowledgeable and always easily accessible to any phone calls and questions during the process.
