Absolutely horrible experience. Over ten years of hell. Luis little man Reynoso. Takes your money. Ignores your calls. Erickson is invisible like Casper the ghost. Only decent person is the AI receptions Jill Chow whom I have never seen in real life or human form. They take your money and ignore you. When they do call it’s with excuse after excuse.
