I am the defendant but he fails to give other parties details and information to conclude cases, by doing this, it appears to have prolonged the case and incurred more costs for all parties involved. Has caused major pain for our family, emotionally and financially.

To be fair, I was the defendent in this case. So, I will only report the facts. My review of Mr Hernandez is negative due to the way he comported himself. When I received his call that he was representing my ex I was completely willing to work with him. I simply asked for the documentation to verify the numbers in question. He did not provide the information so I had to retain my own lawyer. The first thing my lawyer requested was information necessary to work with Hernandez and his client.
