Terrible communication - don’t waste your time unless you’re prepared to hold your attorneys hand and know exactly what questions to ask / get clarification on every step of the way, because volunteering info or making sure you know what is needed from you (as a client) is clearly not something they practice.

My mom had a case back in 1998, they were awesome. Flash forward my mom needed a letter regarding the court final decision from 1998. I called and the most helpful person I have met in a very long time picked up the phone. VAL helped us beyond belief. VAL has excellent customer service and went over the top to help us.
