My husband and I scheduled a bankruptcy consultation with her through our MetLife legal plan. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. She showed up looking unprepared and spent almost the entire 75-minute appointment talking about herself, her past jobs, and personal issues that had nothing to do with bankruptcy. I would not recommend Laura to anyone. She is snippy and unprofessional. She would make business calls to us at 9:30-10 pm at night. She had no respect for our busy schedule and would fly off the handle when we did not pick up the phone at 10 pm at night and answer her questions. She was often belittling and judgmental when we would ask questions about forms and protocols. She divulged personal situations surrounding other clients and broke confidentiality ethics.
