Ms Powers was quick to respond to my initial inquiry but ultimately did nothing. If she reviewed the documents I provided, there was no action or advice based on them. She did nothing to help me in the situation. It would be zero stars but at least she replies unlike many of her colleagues at other firms, so 2 stars for at least doing that.
