Dax is very incompetent, he was to NOT include my vehicle in my bankruptcy by submitting the required documents to the lender, and he didnt. Now , Im paying towards a vehicle that is in bankruptcy, in order for me to keep possesion of it. But not getting any credit for it. I even had to stop the garnishment which was continuing a month after the bankrupycy was filed, I had to call the garnisher and let them know I filed the chapter 7.
