Excellent service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time.
I had a very complicated sale and purchase. All transactions had to align successfully in order for a smooth closing. Julian and Katrina worked very diligently to make sure I was protected as well as informed as a buyer and a seller! This is by far most the best and smoothest closing that I have ever had when purchasing and selling a home simultaneously ! If I ever need any Legal Real Estate assistance again, I will definitely call Julian!!!
