I cannot recommend Kathleen M. McCarthy for legal matters. In my experience with her, she did not keep me informed and was irritated when questions were asked like simply say "I don't know" to most questions. She wouldn't meet with me to discuss my case by saying there's nothing to discuss about. Kathleen responds to emails quickly but not consistently.
