This firm over bill big time. I was charged for hours of phone calls and emails that did not happen. I as also charged from lawyers in the firm that I did not hire. When you hire the firm you hire them all and one lawyer charges $425 and hour and can consult without your consent. Beware with this firm!
I hired this form for LAR representation and found them to be the worst over billers I have ever seen. They never responded when I asked about the questionable charges. I hired an inexpensive lawyer and a more expensive one was working on the case without my consent. If you are not concerned about you bill I am sure they are fine. If you are, go somewhere else there is no integrity here.
I agree with negative reviews and then some. Her attire alone to court majority of times is much to be desired. Flamboyant loud dresses without a blazer. Open toed flat sandals. When arguing the case stated several times her daughter is also an attorney. Attention seeking is not for the courtroom. Will also divulge personal information inappropriately putting your own safety at jeopardy. Shows up late to court. Deceptive. I wish someone would bring the negative reviews to the board. My husband and I recently retained Atty. Foley for our court matters. Atty. Foley and her staff were outstanding, professional and very reasonable for our budget. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her service again !
