This guy was ok at first but after there was a mistake with the deed transfers. He was always trying to dodge my calls and was never available. After buying a home that had 2 deeds for the home due to property being in two towns. The second deed was never transferred to my name. It was so frustrating with this guy even after spending all this money I had to find another lawyer to fix the error this guy did. I highly don’t recommend Juan.
I can't say enough good things about the Law Offices of Juan C. Moran. They handled all aspects of the closing and selling of my house at 12-09 Hopper Ave, Fair Lawn, with such professionalism and care. Not a very good experience with this lawyer, the day of the closing he said one thing and then did a whole different thing and it cost me thousands… difficult to get in touch with… do not recommend it.
