I called in for an intake after being referred by a friend in regard to re-aging debt on my credit. Unfortunately, I encountered the coldest and meanest paralegal ever. She was impatient, demanding, and disrespectful. She wouldn’t let me speak. She also didn’t even know what re-aging debt meant.
