I called in for an intake after being referred by a friend in regard to re-aging debt on my credit. Unfortunately, I encountered the coldest and meanest paralegal ever. She was impatient, demanding, and disrespectful. She wouldn’t let me speak. She also didn’t even know what re-aging debt meant. At the end of the conversation, she threatened not to forward my intake over….this women needs help. What in the world?
