Mr. Bird helped me when no other attorney would even speak with me. I understand MI is a right to work state, but when I was wrongfully terminated and shared my situation with Mr Bird, he accepted. Long story short, he settled my case with my former employer. On the other side of things, he was always kind, compassionate and professional. I would use him again if the need arises.
Call the whole week in a row different times a day early midday evening and never got a response no one answered the phone and the messaging system said it was full!!

Had a brief engagement with the firm where I sent over the details of my engagement over email. I received a swift response and a short answer, however I was incorrectly asked to pay when I had not agreed to any sort of rate or engagement. After a brief email exchange Benjamin was very kind and apologetic and agreed I was not in a position to owe anything to the firm.
