I don’t usually write reviews but I was astounded by the professionalism of Mr Wos and his firm so I feel obliged to share my experience. I just purchased my first home and really was naive about the whole process. Mr. Wos guided me through the entire process with such care and dedication. He explained each step and actively reviewed the inspection reports and referred me to a great title agency. Joe did not fully disclose his pricing until I received his bill. To make matters worse, Joe did not catch a mistake on the HUD that his title company, Ridgeview Title, made at closing that cost me 6K.
